Dier Marisqueria is a residency at Dier Makr in Hobart celebrating the bounty of the ocean, recipes gathered and bespoke cocktails. Angus Burton (Spirit people), Deborah Blank and Luke Burgess have joined forces to host a series of weekends serving seafood only alongside vegetables of the season at their peak collected from our farmer friends each week.
The menu will vary week to week based on what our fisherman catch, divers scoop and fishmongers provide. Sorry all you meat lovers this one's not for you, but admirers of all and sundry below sea level come and join us in a fun, convivial space where the focus is good seafood cooked simply, eclectic cocktails, wines and beers.
